Cleveland / Akron (Ohio) Chapter Description

Hello! We geographically cover all of North East Ohio but welcome songwriters from any locale.  We hold our virtual/online monthly meeting on the last Wednesday of every month @ 7PM EST.  Four times a year we get together for in-person events or meetings.  All meetings and events will be posted below on this page. 

Meetings typically consist of a brief discussion of NSAI news, events and opportunities and local chapter member news topics and announcements.  We then have a song feedback session where members and paying guests can share a song with the group.  We plan to occasionally also include lessons on the craft of songwriting and music business related topics.  

Members:  You will receive a Monthly Meeting email message from NSAI with detail on how to RSVP and submit songs, as well as the Zoom Link.  To RSVP, go the lower left of this page, below the coordinator’s photos, you will find Upcoming/Chapter Events.  Click on the “Learn More” button in the body of the event description.  It will take you to the meeting event description.  At the bottom of the description, you will find the RSVP to select a response (Yes, Maybe, or No).  

Non-Members: To learn about membership options click on this link Membership Information.   If you register be sure to select the Cleveland Chapter.  If you haven’t become a member yet, you can attend 2 meetings for free before becoming a member or paying a monthly attendance fee.  To request to attend/RSVP to a event or if you have other questions, click on the teal colored “Contact Us” button to the right under the map. We will get back to you promptly.
