Josh Kotras is a Creative Manager at Capitol CMG Publishing. He oversees a diverse roster of songwriters and producers who run the gamut from CCM and Worship to Hip/ Hop and Film & TV. With a background in marketing and artist management he looks to not only facilitate an environment for writers to make great songs, but also to build their personal brand and overall career as a writer.

CCMG Publishing tends to look for writers who have talent in the CCM and Worship core space. It is preferred, but not totally necessary if there is interest and talent in other genres as well. Country, Pop, Film / TV, etc…
