Cristi Williams-Gilbert has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 13 years, with her daughter, Hayley. Hayley Williams is the lead singer of the Grammy nominated and multi-platinum band, Paramore.

After counseling many bands and artists on the road, Cristi founded a life coaching business called Shading the Limelight. Shading the Limelight provides artists, actors, and entertainers emotional support and tools to help navigate through the daily challenges of the Entertainment Industry. In addition to life coaching and facilitating workshops, Cristi teaches Emotional Intelligence in the Entertainment Industry at Belmont University. Cristi Williams-Gilbert holds a Master's degree in Education and a Minor in Counseling as well as a Licensed Neuro-Linguistic Master Practitioner.
