Tracy Gershon is VP, A&R for Rounder Records Nashville. Tracy also manages the artist careers of Natalie Stovall and the Drive and singer-songwriter Ella Mae Bowen. Tracy's multifaceted career includes A&R (Warner Bros, Sony Music and Imprint Records), Publishing (EMI Music, Sony Tree, Warner Chappell), concert promotion, and television production. Artists she has signed include Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves, The Mavericks and Carlene Carter. Tracy has been an active and committed NARAS member, serving three terms on the Board and has also served as co-chair for the Membership, annual Block Party, GRAMMY in the Schools and GRAMMY Showcase committees.
