Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Bolton moved to Nashville in the summer of 2013. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Centre College, she accepted a position at TKO Artist Management and oversaw artist social media, brand marketing, as well as brand promotion on the road with Toby Keith’s “Shut Up and Hold On” Tour. After a year in management, Bolton realized her true passion to be music publishing which ultimately led her to Black River.
