ET moved to Nashville from Birmingham in 2005 to attend Belmont University, graduating with a Music Business degree in 2009. He interned in the Licensing department at SESAC his final semester, which led to a part-time job in the Admin department for a year before landing a full-time position in the Writer/Publisher Relations department in 2011. ET works with a very diverse array of songwriters in Nashville, ranging from rock, pop, and TV/Film to country and Americana. Music has been his passion since he can remember, and being any part of helping creative people realize their full potential and achieve their dreams is something from which he derives great satisfaction. In his roll at SESAC, ET spends his days giving songwriters advice and guidance as they navigate their careers, and tries to “connect the dots” to facilitate opportunities for his writers to reach the next level.
