TIN PAN SOUTH SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES 2024 DATES AND UPDATES TO TICKETING PROCESS
Festival Presented By Regions and to Take Place April 2-6, 2024
November 29, 2023 (Nashville, Tenn.) -- The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) announces the return of Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival! The 32nd annual festival will once again be presented by Regions and is scheduled for April 2-6, 2024.
Patrons can look forward to the same five-day event packed with songwriter performances, but this year, producers are introducing a few exciting changes surrounding the ticketing process!
After several years observing attendee preferences and feedback, the festival will be retiring the traditional Fast Access Pass and cash-at-the-door system that has previously been in place, and will institute a pre-show ticket sales system for all shows. Tickets for each festival show will go on sale 3 weeks in advance of the respective show date and will be available for purchase at tinpansouth.com. Moving to a pre-show ticketing process will allow ticket-holders the confidence of admission with their tickets in-hand rather than risking access based on time of arrival before doors and line lengths. For shows that are not sold-out, ticket purchases will be allowed at the door.
Tin Pan South continues to be the largest songwriters-only festival of its kind, and will once again present 2 shows per night at ten various venues throughout town for a total of up to 100 shows over the 5-day event. Last year over 400 songwriters participated in this beloved industry event and songwriter fans from around the world attended to hear songs performed as they were written, by the creators themselves.
2024 is aiming to be an even larger week, with planning underway for a few additional daytime offers for festival-goers and attendees of the Tin Pan South Songwriting Seminar (Seminar), NSAI’s accompanying education event that takes place April 5 and 6 at The Fisher Center at Belmont University. Seminar provides two days filled with panels, sessions, and presentations by over 15 professionals in the music industry and pro songwriting space, and welcomes over 200 developing songwriters each year. For more information or to register to attend Seminar, visit www.nashvillesongwriters.com.
The festival line-up will be revealed on Thursday, March 7th and ticket sales will begin on Tuesday, March 12.
