We hope you & your families are all staying healthy
& safe during this global pandemic.
Since we can't all meet together in person
we will be hosting 2 live Zoom
chapter meetings over the next month.
One in April & one in May.
It is free to join Zoom.
This is a great opportunity for those of you who
do not usually get the chance to attend our monthly meetings
in person or on a regular basis either due to work or distance.
WHEN:
Wednesday, April 29th at 5:30pm
Wednesday, May 13th at 5:30pm
HOW THEY WILL WORK:
If you would like to participate in our Zoom chapter meetings
please RSVP by emailing Gabrielle directly to register
or just simply reply to this email.
At that time you may let her know how you would like to participate.
You will have the option of simply monitoring the meeting
&/or monitoring & sharing a song for feedback & review.
She will email you back to give you all the info you will need to participate.
There will be no limit to the number of members
who can monitor the meetings.
During each meeting we will be listening to 7 songs from members.
The 1st 14 writers to email Gabrielle directly who would like to share a tune
& who get their song consent forms turned in by the deadlines she will provide
will be in line to share their songs in the April & May zooms.
You may play your songs live or recorded.
