The NSAI #1 Party, sponsored by Klindt, Cole & Associates was held on Tuesday, February 23, at the Music Mill, NSAI’s headquarters on Music Row. NSAI honored 18 Nashville-associated writers whose songs topped the Billboard Airplay, Digital, Hot or Mediabase charts between August 2015 and December 2015 yesterday evening. Additionally, the family of Linda Hargrove accepted her #1 for “Tennessee Whiskey” on her behalf. Country artist, Chris Stapleton, most recently covered the song on his album "Traveller".
