For registration you will only need your name, email and song title. Once confirmed please email MP3 and Lyric sheet in a word document to [email protected] by end of the day Friday, July 12, 2024.

ABOUT CHRIS OWEN:
A native of Buffalo, New York, Chris Owen is a graduate of Buffalo State College, where he studied Journalism. After working in radio at Townsquare Media-Buffalo for six years, he moved to Nashville in 2024 to join Brett James and Nate Lowery with the team at Cornman Music. Owen works closely with Cornman’s writers, which includes James, Will Bundy, Lydia Vaughan, Graham Barham, Drew Green, etc. A passion for country music and the inner-workings of the publishing/industry side led him to Nashville to pursue a career in the business. “Country music has always been the most important thing in my life, outside of my family. It’s a blessing to work with songwriters and hear new music be written and recorded on a daily basis. There’s nothing more motivating than trying to make the songs that writers are a part of, succeed."
