This is an online event. Once you provide your song, the session with the pro will be recorded and distributed within 3 weeks to the email on your account.

You must be a songwriter on the song you are submitting. Song submission must be the original work of the Songwriter without use of any artificial intelligence, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, or be otherwise contrary to applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

ABOUT RACHEL WEIN: 

Rachel WeinAfter graduating from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Special Education, Rachel decided to apply her skillset to a new medium; writer/producer/artist development in music publishing. Racheljoined Prescription Songs in 2017 as the first hire in their Nashville office, focused on supporting emerging talent outside of the traditional Country music space. Since then, Rachel has cultivated an eclectic roster with clients based everywhere from Oklahoma to Nigeria. She has been instrumental in signing and developing talents such as Maddie Zahm, Greyson Chance, Spellz, JORDY, Parson James, Morgan Nagler, Carobae, James Droll, Tim Gent, Bryant Taylorr, Jon Santana, Megan Redmond and more. 

 

Rachel’s passion is anchored in a long-term commitment to community building, education, and non-profit work. Wein was recently tapped to join the steering committee for Belmont University’s Center for Mental Health in Entertainment, as well as advisory boards for Family Alliance in Music and Salt Lick Incubator. She is an active member of The Recording Academy (Class of 2022), the Association of Independent Music Publishers and The Other Nashville Society. Outside of music, Rachel was elected to be a part of the Cystic Fibrosis 30 Under 30 Class of 2023 and was honored with the Marchetti Impact Award for her successful fundraising efforts. She also serves as a mentor through Youth Villages - a program for at risk youth in the foster care system.
