Doug Johnson
Doug is the VP of A&R at Black River Entertainment. He has engineered projects for Dolly Parton, Patty Loveless, Alabama, Blake Shelton, Kellie Pickler and more. Doug is also a songwriter who has over 100 cuts including "Three Wooden Crosses" (Randy Travis) and "Love Like Crazy" (Lee Brice).

Lisa Johnson
Lisa Johnson is one of Nashville’s most experienced publishers. In the music business twenty-two years and counting, her influence can be heard daily on Country radio. As VP Creative, she established the Nashville division of Razor & Tie Music Publishing, and in a few short years the company has found three of their songs at the top of the Country charts. She is the founder of Sweet Renegade Music Nashville.

Lindsay Gum
Lindsay is the Creative Director of CMG Music Publishing, where she manages the country genre catalogue. Lindsay previously worked at NSAI as the Director of Pro-Membership as well as booking and production for the Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival. 

Bart Herbison
Herbison has led the Nashville Songwriters Association to legislative accomplishments including adoption of the landmark Songwriters Capital Gains Tax Equity Act, creation of the first-ever Group Copyright Infringement--Social Network Insurance, and acquisition of the famed Bluebird Cafe. NSAI is the world's largest not-for-profit songwriters trade organization with 7,000 annual members and over 150 chapters.
