San Francisco Bay Area Chapter Meeting - Zoom (2nd Saturday of the month)

We are excited to host the NSAI Chapter Challenge at our April meeting!  This will be a hybrid meeting. You may join online with the monthly zoom link, but we would love to have you join in-person if possible.

We will be meeting in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood at Jody's office, PritchardPeck Lighting: 389 Clementina Street between 4th & 5th. If coming in person, please plan to arrive  10-15 minutes early to get settled. Jody will be there by 1:15pm. Feel free to come early. Any questions day of, please text Jody: 415.420.2178

Street parking is sometimes available on neighborhood streets, but the 5th & Mission parking garage is easy & affordable and is a 7 minute walk. It's also just an 8-10 minute walk from the Powell Street BART station. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell to the left of the grey and black diagonally painted door. 

Zoom Link and Song Submission Links are provided in the reminder email sent prior to the meeting to all members affiliated with SF Bay Area Chapter. Please check your NSAI account email for notifications. Rules and details for the Chapter Challenge will be shared via your NSAI account email. Remember - you may only submit a song to one NSAI chapter for the Chapter Challenge.

Chapter Challenge Entry Rules

• No live performances will be accepted.
• Songs cannot be co-written with a professional songwriter.
• Songs under/pending contract are not eligible for submission.
• Song submission must be the original work of the Songwriter without use of any artificial intelligence, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity or be otherwise contrary to applicable laws and regulations.
• NSAI members in Local Chapters can submit one song at one local Chapter meeting. Multiple submissions will result in disqualification.
• Members cannot vote for their own song.
• Non-members cannot vote or submit a song in the competition.
• Voting must happen at the Chapter meeting
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
