Effective June 1 I will be retiring as coordinator for the NSAI Central Arkansas chapter. I will remain a member and offer my support to the chapter and attend meetings when I can. I have 3 grandkids in the 10-11 age range, and want to attend their soccer games, etc, which are usually on Saturdays. I’ve missed a bunch, and they are growing fast!
Local Meeting Info
We meet the second Saturday of each month at Second Presbyterian Church, Little Rock Arkansas 72207. Meetings start at 10 am and usually run until noonish. If you want to play a song for peer feedback during our meeting, please bring a mp3 and 12 lyric sheets, you may also perform your song Live of you prefer. We usually have time for 6 or7 songs.
Chapter Challenge contest Saturday April 8 10 am
We will hold our April 8 meeting at Second Presbyterian Church in Little Rock. We will conduct the Chapter Challenge song contest https://www.nashvillesongwriters.com/central-arkansas-little-rock-song-submission-form-chapter-meeting
November 19 Sat 10 am is our next in person meeting!
Hey Folks the next scheduled meeting has been moved to Saturday Nov 19 at 10 am. Casey Penn will lead the workshop on the craft of songwriting. We will also have a NSAI songwriter showcase on Monday Nov 7 at The Joint Comedy Theater in NLR. If you have not already , click like on the NSAI Central Arkansas Facebook page to get notified on all of our events!
Next meeting is Sat Sept 10 7 am
Our next in person meeting will be Saturday Sept 3 at 10 am. Location is 600 Pleasant Valley Dr Little Rock , Second Presbyterian Church. Paul Tull will lead the discussion followed by a song share session. If you’d like to share a song please bring 10-12 lyric sheets.
NSAI Chapter challenge this Saturday April 9 !
Hey all - the Chapter Challenge song contest will take place this Saturday 10 am at our monthly zoom meeting. The zoom link is on our chapter page, but we will try to email it to everyone. Be sure and upload your song entry using the song submission link!
No September meeting for NSAI Central Arkansas.
